Katherine (“Kate”) Clark dedicates her practice exclusively to fighting for injured individuals, small businesses, and the wrongly accused during their times of trouble. Ms. Clark practices civil litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense. Outside of those practice areas, she has also enforced parental rights, obtained restraining orders, and recovered wrongfully retained property for her clients.

Ms. Clark’s background equipped her with the ability to provide clients with practical, insightful guidance and counsel. She grew up in a small farming town in Connecticut, where values of hard work and serving others were instilled in her. She graduated, magna cum laude, from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She also obtained her paralegal certification, which prompted her to attend law school.
Ms. Clark continued her educational pursuits at Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. In law school, she was the Articles and Opinions Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal. Ms. Clark also worked for two years as a law clerk at a boutique personal injury law firm. Working firsthand with injured individuals showed her the necessity of having an advocate fighting for your rights against large insurance companies.
After law school, Ms. Clark moved to the Treasure Coast to work at a civil litigation firm in Stuart. She exclusively represented injured victims to help them find justice.
At Deckard, Kofsky & Clark, Ms. Clark continues to fight for injured individuals, and she has had the honor of representing criminal defendants from arrest to trial. In both the civil and criminal contexts, Ms. Clark has had incredible outcomes for her clients.
